New Organic Menu

Michael Koutink and The Whale's Tail have made a commitment to the sustainability of our environment and in particular, our oceans. We have recently been certified to the Green Restaurants Association and are using Organic Foods wherever possible in our menu. Our fish are caught wild and when we use farmed fish they must be certified to be organically raised. We are using local produce where we can and are purchasing produce The Growers Collaborative that certifies organic farms. We are striving to bring you the healthiest and most sustainable food that we can.
